The MIT Beaver Works Summer Institute (BWSI) is a challenging and prestigious STEM program designed for high-achieving students entering their senior year of high school. This intensive four-week program focuses on STEM skill development through hands-on, workshop-style courses. BWSI offers a variety of courses covering a range of topics, from AI technologies to Radars and Satellites.
We also have introductory STEM programs in the fall and spring on Saturdays that run between 8-12 weeks in length.
There are 2 national challenges that start in the fall that are team based with guidance from mentors to develop your projects hitting milestones to be able to compete in the final event for each challenge.
